Common Questions
Do I need a domain name?
If you already have one, great — we'll use it. If not, we can help you register one for about $15/year. We take care of the DNS setup.
What if I don't have a logo?
No problem. We'll put together a simple text logo using your business name and trade colors. It'll look clean and professional.
Can I make changes to the site later?
Yes — just email or text us. Minor updates (new service, phone number change, etc.) are included in your monthly hosting. Major redesigns are quoted separately.
What happens if I cancel hosting?
No hard feelings. You own the site files — we'll export them to you. Cancel anytime with 30 days notice. No cancellation fees.
How do leads actually come from the website?
Two ways: (1) click-to-call buttons — visitors tap your number and call you directly, and (2) contact/service request forms — submissions arrive in your inbox. On average our clients see their first inbound call within 2 weeks of going live.
Is the $150 refundable?
Because we build your site before charging, you'll see the finished product first. We'll make edits until you're satisfied. If you're genuinely unhappy after revisions we'll refund you in full — but in practice it hasn't happened.
